Whoops! I just noticed that you're asking for Ekiga to be updated to 3.00. For some reason, I thought I read that you were trying to upgrade Ekiga to 3.00. Generally, updates are only provided for severe or high-priority bugs, and severe regressions. Updating Ekiga to 3.00 would not be eligible for a stable release update. pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy: Depends: libpt2.4.2-dev which is a virtual package. Depends: libopal3.4.2-dev which is a virtual package. These two packages need to be backported before backporting this one. libpt2.4.2 is ok, no conflict with existing package libopal3.4.2 needs libpt2.4.2 to be backported , but conflicts with libopal2.2-develop. Nevertheless, the rdepends of libopal2.2-develop are : Reverse Depends: libopal3.4.2 simpleopal ekiga-gtkonly libspeex1 libopal-dev libopal-2.2 ekiga So if we backport ekiga I think nothing will be broken.
