I am afraid it is not fixed. Selecting On Top from WM pull-down menu still doesn't make a tick appear next to On Top position in Totem's View menu. I've tested it on Totem 2.16.x and 2.17.5 (backported by hand to edgy) with Metacity 2.16.x and 2.17.5 and Beryl 0.1.99. Neither of these combinations worked as it should. BTW, the upstream bug report isn't actually about the same problem. In Edgy, the on top menu is now synchronized with the desktop manager's on top menu: the bug is fixed in Edgy.
