Re: [Bug 365819] Re: brasero does not eject source DVD to ask for blank DVD when burning 1:1
Hi, I have not tried. I just used what came with 8.10. I do all my updates so I haven't looked into newer releases. Waiting long enough, the complete burning process works (as I expereinced 4th time around). [Bug 365819] Re: brasero does not eject source DVD to ask for blank DVD when burning 1:1
** Description changed: Binary package hint: brasero - When creating a 1:1 copy of a DVD, after brasero creates the image, it shows a dialog box with "Copying ..." or something like that but the source DVD is not ejected nor there is a way to do so. The only option is cancel and if clicked, everything it cleaned out. The second time I tried, when the dialog appeared, I copied the *iso image, opened by hand the disc tray and inserted the blank one. Nothing happened from the brasero side. So i cancelled and just burned the copies image into a DVD. When I looked this time, the original *iso file was there and it was a different size from the one I copied. After a quick check the burned copy works fine. On a third try, i actually left the computer and when I came back the tray was opening. I think that the checksum was taking place but there was no indication of that, and one thinks that - it has crashed. + When creating a 1:1 copy of a DVD, after brasero creates the image, it + shows a dialog box with "Copying ..." or something like that but the + source DVD is not ejected nor there is a way to do so.
