I have the same issue, very annoying. Klick on the clock-applet, the calender pops up. Klicking in the calender is ok. But when I close the calender with another klick on the clock-applet it crashes. That happens EVERY time. Following 326326 in upstream GNOME, I noticed that the logout dialog will not fade and will act like a normal window (not always focused/other windows can be on top of it, can be moved with ALT+move) when accessibility is enabled.
