No news. I did send the bug upstream. It's such a small issue, and one that is likely only noticed by geeks, power nuts, or folks who haven't yet put 2 and 2 together (and they will because they're savvy enough to use Bittorrent or otherwise mess with large files) that I didn't worry about it. Besides, it's easily enough remedied by simply closing the nautilus window.
