*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 40040 *** Sorry for delay in feedback. The bug indeed seems to be fixed now: it gave one fully charged notification and has been silent after that. Is this 'gnome-power-manager' displaying the message, or GNOME's 'battstat-applet-2'? Which does the little '^' arrow on the notification window appear next to.
