The change in 2.0.0beta3 is to remove it... That is, back out the patch listed above. Confirmed with dapper betaCD candidate, we are not likely to work on that since that's a minor issue, probably not trivial to fix and fixed with gaim2.0beta3 already anyway. Patches are welcome is somebody wants to contribute on a fix for that cycle though. Alternatively, that window shouldn't be shown at all. I had added that functionality, as I thought it was useful, but it turns out it's not (for this reason, among others). The user can still click the Add button.
