The bug is old and Ubuntu changed quite a lot since, there has also been no activity here nor similar reports. Same issue in Oneiric Ocelot. In Oneiric when you middle click on a folder in desktop, nautilus crashes. The biggest item that can help this bug along is a backtrace at the point of the crash. This can be obtained following the instructions at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and uploading the backtrace (as an attachment) to the bug report. Same here, no problem until the last kernel update.
