The previous Ubuntu logo in the RC release was so much better. I originally raised the issue of the old flat icon next to nice gadient/3d icons. http://kwh.kernow-gb.com/~bvc/dapper-xubu/distributor-logo.png The button concept was shot down by the art team, which is why up until now, it was the improved 3d-ish icon. I haven't a clue why this was implemented or why it is so small. The box emphasises that the logo is not just a logo but you can actually press it. Therefore i like it. It could be further to the left though. The old logo (which still appears to be used for the alacarte menu entry) was much cleaner and more professional looking, IMO. The same view, new distributor logo icon doesn't respect the difference between "icons" and "buttons" and should be reverted to the previous one. I'ts actuall buttonized/boxed state is very unconsistent to the Human theme and doesn't fit the "Aplication" menu item, to which it belongs.
