[Bug 473898] Re: Cannot minimise music player

2010-02-17 Thread Nigel Babu
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many
changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. If you could test the
current Ubuntu development version, this would help us a lot. If you can
test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could
upload updated logs relevant for this particular issue.

Getting a gconftool -R /apps/rhythmbox/plugins/status-icon/active log
would be useful too

[Bug 473898] Re: Cannot minimise music player

2009-11-04 Thread Joris Goudriaan
 * Is this reproducible?

yes every time I use I can't minimise it, also it seems the right-click
menu option to minimise to the taskbar does not appear. Is this a new
'feature'?

 * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?

Open Rhythmbox, and try to minimise it to taskbar, was possible in
earlier version under 9.04, but seemingly not under 9.10

Sorry am a bit of non-terminal user, but tried running 'gconftool -R
/apps/rhythmbox/plugins/status-icon/active log ', but got this as
return:

Failure listing entries in `log': Bad key or directory name: log: Must
begin with a slash '/'

Tried 'gconftool -R /apps/rhythmbox/plugins/status-icon/active' and it
went immediately to the next line, no other info given.
