I was curious how gnome-power-manager would act if I unplugged AC power
under 100% charge.  I booted up on battery with around 55% battery
charge and showing active discharge state, then plugged in AC power for
around 10 seconds.  It showed battery charging at 55% capacity.  I then
unplugged the AC adapter and it showed "Laptop battery fully charged."
