Public bug reported: Binary package hint: totem
Every time when I play video (divx, avi or dvd) with totem I get this kernel crash. VLC doesn work either (closes down after trying to open the video) but doesnt end up in a kernel crash. I've newly installed Ubuntu 9.10 on this PC, deleted the Win XP from it so there shouldn be any traces of old installations on the PC. (S)Mplayer works, though it crashes often as well. It runs far from easy. ProblemType: KernelOops Annotation: Your system might become unstable now and might need to be restarted.
