It is reproducible only in the sense that I'm stuck with it. If I delete the account, exit evolution (and kill the remaining processes alarm & data), then open evolution and re-enter the account using the wizard, it still does not appear in the tree. At some point, I'll try opening another account, maybe gmail, and see how that goes.
