I added the tag HW-Specific due to it requires a duel monitor setup to create. I've noticed this also, but only with dual-monitor setup. I don't know if it's Nautilus causing this though. It being hw-specific is *very* unlikely. Otherwise would panels and windows also be misplaced. It appears as well on a single monitor.
