Same here. I tried to reinstall Nautilus manually,but no dice. I think I'm going to do a reinstall. There is a wrong entry in the /usr/share/applications/nautilus.desktop file that causes it to crash. Open this file in the text editor and move the top line that says X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=nautilus under the [Desktop Entry] section.
