I confirm exactly what VIDA wrote a month ago: I get the same error on Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS with Brasero 2.30.2. The system was installed just a few days ago from scratch. I do have gstreamer installed. This was the solution suggested in Question #96269. It did not help. I installed 10.04.1 32-bit version and it has the same issue. uname -a Linux 2.6.32-26-generic #48-Ubuntu SMP Wed Nov 24 09:00:03 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux There is nothing wrong with burning music CDs on both systems using other software. Rhythmbox 0.12.8 also fails to burn audio CDs from playlists - guess it uses Brasero so this is expected. I am unable to enable the brasero plugins just like James Schriver 7 months ago. I wonder if there is a work aound?
