Might just be limited to windows incoming. When I use the test bot e...@test.collabora.uk and I issue the !videome command, empathy doesn't crash. On the other hand, all I see for video on the other side, is black. Whereas when I initiate a video call to the bot, I see my own image echoed back to me from the bot. One other little bit of information: the above described "black video" from echo bot happens only in Empathy.
