Hi,
I use Dapper 6.06.1 LTS and I will provide a screenshot of my gnome setup :)  
The top panel is what is causing problems.

It looks like the screen is being resized by supertux and then when the
screen is made bigger, the panels are not dealing with it. Maybe a
supertux or X bug?

It does it with or without supertux being closed / open.  Supertux just
seems to be helping at times.
