Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Of course filing bugs separately make things much easier
because it's the only way to accurately track the progress of each
issue. I suggest that this bug report focuses on the problem where it is
not possible to copy and move subfolders because it's the bug with the
most serious impact. Perhaps the folder creation problem is linked to
the same root issue. Still, I would also suggest to file a separate bug
for Firefox.

I am reassigning this bug to the gvfs package which handles the WebDAV
support in Nautilus.
