[Bug 59774] Re: Nautilus crashes copying a directory from a ssh directory source

2006-09-14 Thread Sebastien Bacher
Thank you for the work to get a backtrace. That looks like
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153679 which is fixed to edgy
already according to upstream. The patch is not trivial and the issue
happens is some situations only so it's not likely to be backported to
dapper

You need dapper-updates for universe to install libgnomevfs2-0-dbg

2006-09-12 Thread LuisG
Hi Sebastien, thanks for your answer.

libglib2.0-0-dbg installation went ok, but
libgnomevfs2-0-dbg didn't:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo apt-get install libgnomevfs2-0-dbg
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean
that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using
the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet
been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is
extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report
against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the
situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libgnomevfs2-0-dbg: Depends: libgnomevfs2-0 (=
2.14.1-0ubuntu8) but 2.14.2-0ubuntu1 is to be
installed
E: Broken packages

FWIW, I just apt-get update/upgrade. I don't know how

Thanks for your bug. Could you get a backtrace of the crash with
libglib2.0-0-dbg and libgnomevfs2-0-dbg installed?
