Thanks for your report. I assume the problem happens when changing your own password? If so, please try to change your password by starting a terminal, and running the command 'passwd'. Follow instructions, enter old and new password, and please copy/paste the result here. The terminal shows the Error message as it should, stating the password is too easy.
