Sorry, I'm using sshd and ssh in my local network. Take a look at my screenshot. After some files are copied, the prozess stops and ETA goes up and up. btw. this error occurs not when coping around 150 files from local cd to remote hd via ssh. But error occurs doing the same with around 1500 files from dvd. Sorry can't remember sshd or vsftp on the server side. Both systems ubuntu 6.10 from the alternate cd.
