You have issue with sending emails from a freshly configured email evolution account. Before considering this issue a bug, we need to check that the issue is not in fact a configuration one.
There are several forum discussions in German giving tips about how to properly setup an email account. Do you have for instance the "Server requires authentication" check-box checked?
