I use Xubuntu 8.04 64-bit and I have a number of UDF-formatted DVD+RW disks that I can`t read or write to in Xubuntu. Since version 6.10. Xubuntu doesn't use Nautilus, which suggests the issue is lower down (perhaps kernel related?) Can you mount the disk manually? The CD apparently is an ISO/UDF disk. The ISO structures contain Windows driver. This bug is rather a feature. However the default should be to try to mount UDF, then ISO. The UDF CD were made with Roxio on Windows by somebody else.
