if the bug has been fixed upstream only then marking it "Fix Commited",
'Fix Commited" is used when a fixed package is uploaded to Ubuntu

that doesn't make a real difference, when you have no dictionnary
available you have no definition, agreed it could behave better, that
has been forwarded upstream
