Public bug reported: I have over 5000 songs in my library (/home/jesse/mp3s is a symlink to /media/FreeAgent/mp3s) and when I open rhythmbox it only displays 808 in my "Music" and the rest it considers "Missing".
I always make sure the external drive is fully mounted & that the symlink is active before opening rhythmbox, but it doesn't seem to help. Each morning I have to re-add the ~4200 songs.
