Apologies to Mark for including you. I just don't see any other way to bring this up. The way this bug has been triaged just seems to guarantee lots of deflected issues. Naturally it's fine if the issue has already been corrected. Brian, of course and I'm sorry I had to take the approach that I did. Although I think you can obviously see from how this bug was traiged that no sensible process was implemented in the first place. The only thing I changed the status for was to ensure that it didn't get terminated through routine dismissals. I only worry now how many other bugs out there have been handled in such a fashion and how this may be affecting Ubuntu's overall quality.
