The spec can be found in the xdg-specs repository: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-specs/tree/help-system [...] However, the old help system continues to work in Yelp, and will continue to work for the foreseeable future. And it remains unimplemented by KDE, even though the spec was ironed out between me and a KDE developer during a cross-desktop help summit. However, the old help system continues to work in Yelp, and will continue to work for the foreseeable future.
