The latest email from Andre about use of gtk+-3.0 changes this plan
a bit. Jürg just added the gtk+-3.0 vapi to vala git master and it'll
only be available in the next release (>= 0.9.2). So I'll request both
minimum and recommended versions to be 0.9.2.
