[Desktop-packages] [Bug 575966] Re: Fw: oh my! this is so beautiful)
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 429841 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/429841 Hi! Just take a look at these beautiful things, they are so nice, check this out http://bit.do/dxhKz Sent from my iPhone, Kenshin Himura From: Bug 575966 [mailto:575...@bugs.launchpad.net] Sent: Sunday, June 25, 2017 1:15 PM To: himura.kens...@libero.it Subject: Looks like Angie Noir I had to panhandle for a few months in 2008, and I tried my best to always be cheerful, always joking around, always said thank you, etc. I'd rather do some real thing, even the ribbons ... the ribbons in stores are junky and cost like $3 and are probably made overseas. So the customer is getting a better product that's US-made. I've never flown a sign. I think some time it would be fun to learn to letter well, I mean really well, and go out with a bunch of pre-cut pieces of cardboard and make up some funny signs, and tell people I'll make them a sign saying whatever they want, and take whatever they feel like paying. You know, funny stuff like "Unattended children will be given a cappuchino and a puppy" and "To err is human but to really screw up requires a computer". What I don't like about being a beggar is, all the long-time ones get hardened, just seeing people as cash machines. They don't say thank you. I like a lot better, doing something that's valuable and people pay me because they think I'm doing a good thing. Right now I'm torn between doing street music, or learning to do caricatures. My impression is that there's more money in the caricatures, but I've done street music and even though I seem to average only $10 an hour, I get people who are genuinely touched by the music and will double back to put a tip in the box. People don't get touched that way by a goofy drawing. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 858466] Re: Ubuntu 11.10 Audio Problems with Browsers.
I have audio in Amarok, but no sound in firefox, chromium, reqonk. I'm using kubuntu 11.10, to which I've upgraded from 11.04 (not a fresh install). I think the problem comes from flash-plugin (during upgrade, the process gave me an error code 1). I tried to remove and reinstall flash-plugin-installer and flash-plugin-downloader, but it has not been successful. I still can see video on sites like youtube, but no way for the moment to hear anything. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to firefox in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/858466 Title: Ubuntu 11.10 Audio Problems with Browsers.
