I'm afraid I no longer have any of the hardware involved here, so I'd say let's ditch the bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to network-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/422447 Title: Bluetooth connections named oddly Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: network-manager I paired my phone (iPhone 3G) with my Karmic laptop using the GNOME Bluetooth Setup new device menu item, which worked fantastically well, offered me an option to use the phone for Internet access and thus put an item in Network Manager's applet, which works. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1065166] Re: Xorg uses 100% CPU for ~7s when maximizing Terminator window
I don't think this can be a Terminator bug, we aren't doing anything special when we are maximised. It might be worth checking your terminator preferences to see what the background setting is - perhaps it's set to be transparent and that is placing a high burden on your X server? Seems kinda unlikely though, given the kind of nvidia card you have. ** Changed in: terminator Status: New = Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to xorg-server in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1065166 Title: Xorg uses 100% CPU for ~7s when maximizing Terminator window Status in Terminator: Invalid Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: To reproduce: 1. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 979326] Re: [soudnua]: No Input Level is detected for all my microphones
This seems to be similar to what I have found after upgrading to precise. When I plug in a webcam with micorphone via usb, that works (but I need the rear microphone jack working as the webcam is only borrowed to test the point.) See attached screenshot. The rear microphone jack is detected. There is a tested working mcirophone attached, but there is no input being detected. I have Intel i7 2600 motherboard with built in sound card device. Have 64 bit Ubuntu 12.04 installed and up to date. See below for lspci listing of audio device (bottom). Mode of sound hardware is set to Analogue Stereo Duplex in the Output tab of the sound settings. Was working before upgrade from 11:10. [Desktop-packages] [Bug 832603] Re: gnome-settings-daemon crashed with SIGSEGV in g_simple_async_result_complete()
Because of a problem with fglrx I have had to reinstall from scratch. I found that I could not reinstall from Ubuntu beta 2 or daily builds and have had to reinstall natty then upgrade. (if it might give any clue to the current bug the oneric install could not start the screen with or without fglrx installed) I have therefore just installed all latest updates/upgrades at 11:22hrs BST 27-9-2011 and AMD Radeon 6450, Intel 64 bit processor (E6750), iiyama Prolite E2473HDS monitor (1920x1080). Would also like to be using my second monitor Sony SDM-X75F/K (1280x1024) but having difficulty.
