Fax works on 15.10.

Clear the "/var/log/syslog" and try sending fax. THen attach the the

If we change the softlink to point to another python version, we need to 
reinstall hplip. Did you do that?

We will look into this. Meanwhile Does it happen on hplip installed from
the run file on hp site too. Or the problem is persistent only with
