@gunnarhj, "guessing" a locale should not use a locale used only by a very small percentage of people in Belgium. >From the format I'm going to assume it's picking the first locale it can find? In that case I would actually suggest to remote de_BE from the default locale listing as it's a very niche market, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German-speaking_Community_of_Belgium
