User impact if declined: crash. Actually, this is top 17 crash on 16.0.1.
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): landed on m-c
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): low.  This adds nullptr 
check. also, m_imapMailFolderSink has already nullptr check.
