Title:
Date-shift when importing "birthdays" from MS Outlook file

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Maybe the fault is in Nokia Ovi suite behaviour. Anyway, this may apply to
other situations.
Syncing from Nokia mobile phone address book to MS Outlook 2010 results in
Outlook creating recurring events for contacts' birthdays. Outlook stores them
as recurring events starting at 0:00 and ending at 0:00 of the birthdays
(duration=0:00). When exporting the MS Outlook address book as pst file and
importing to Evolution, the starting date is shifted in advance of 1 day.
Example:

  Nokia phone
  Jill - birthday: 26 september 1980

  MS Outlook 2010
  Recurring event (every year)
  from 0:00 of 26 september 1980
  to 0:00 of 26 september 1980

  Evolution (after importing pst file)
  Recurring event (every year)
  from 0:00 of *25* september 1980
  to 0:00 of 26 september 1980

Seems that Evolution replies "ending time is before starting time"
when trying to manually create an event with duration equal to 0:00h.
