Status in snap-store-desktop:

Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The location of the search button in the snap store is to the extreme
  left.

  I believe the appropriate position for it is on the right hand of the label, 
to the left of the hamburger menu.
  Please see gnome-calendar, gnome-terminal & nautilus for examples.

  Just to note, I see a similar consistency issue in the settings panel
  as well, but it's less clear what the solution should be there.

  Updated the chromium snap yesterday, latest/stable (1229). Today from
  a fresh boot, it won't launch.
