[Desktop-packages] [Bug 381017]

2019-12-02 Thread Milan Knizek
Wow, after several years of not using TB I have recently migrated from
Evolution Mail only to find out this stuff does not work yet. What a
pity. (Arch Linux, MATE desktop.)

This is regression introduced in Jaunty as it works in Intrepid.
Dragging an attachment from the attachment pane to the desktop give
  the following error:

  ==
  Error while copying
There was an error getting information about "fetch>UID>.voicemail>1784".

The specified location is not supported

Mail account is IMAP. This error was shown to seb128 and asac. The
expected behavior is that the file is copied to the destination onto
  which it is dragged.

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 469571] Re: Cannot move any file outside of home folder to trash (ext4)

2011-08-20 Thread Milan Knizek
Does anyone know if this was a problem with nautilus or the underlying
gvfs? (I am using pcmanfm, which supports Trash through gvfs and have
the troubles reported earlier for nautilus.)

Bug description:
  Using Karmic 2.6.31-14-generic

When I try to delete a file anywhere outside of my home folder, I get
a message saying that it cannot be moved to trash. I am given an
  option to permanently delete it.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1 - Go to the /tmp folder.
2 - Create a new file there (Right click > Create Document > Empty File).
3 - Try to delete that file.
