I installed the latest updates, but the problem remains - I still can't use Control+Shift to switch between layouts. The fix didn't work for me. I still can't set Control-Shift to switch between layouts. I can use Alt-X or Control-X, but not Control-Shift. I upgraded my Ubuntu 13.04 installation to 13.10 and Nautilus always crashes since then. Super+Space works for me (but not every time), and I can't set my default Ctrl+Shift keys for switching between layouts. Instead it becomes disabled, like it didn't recognize the keys.
