Thank you all, guys. It seems working now :)

Maybe I tried too many things (sometimes less is more). 
I did (if I remember well):

sudo apt-get install -f  ... that removed gimp!?

Then
reinstalled gimp
Succesfully installed cups with sudo apt-get install cups 

Unfortunatelly the printer status was: File
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertoqpdl" not available: No such file...

After deleting the Printer and installing the suld-driver-4.01.17 for my
Samsung SCX 3400 it stated working again.
