[Desktop-packages] [Bug 811689] Re: gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke()
I got the same bug, at ubuntu 12.04 full upgraded. :~$ dpkg -s gnome-panel | grep Version Version: 1:3.3.3-0ubuntu2 I do not know if this is relative: I use nvidia development driver_4.1. Each time I upgrade kernel I have to reinstall them manually. The last time I upgrade kernel (3.2.0-12) at restart it didn't show me the classic message ubuntu run at low graphic. So I didn't reinstall them. Gnome 3 entered to classic gnome, so I logout and entered unity. It was not reacting well and this bug appeared. Now, I have reinstall the driver and all are fine. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-panel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/811689 Title: gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke() Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Updated from 11.04 to 11.10 then switched to xubuntu-desktop, logged in to xubuntu-session and was greeted with this.
