[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1715582] Re: "Operation not supported by backend" when backing up to smb server
Is it possible to add this to Ubuntu 17.10? Current version 36.2 is totally unusable, and I don't want to jump into 18.04 yet. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to deja-dup in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1715582 Title: "Operation not supported by backend" when backing up to smb server Status in Déjà Dup: Fix Released Status in deja-dup package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: OS: Ubuntu 17.10 beta setting up deja-dup to backup to smb/ssh server fails With ssh: Permission denied syslog: Sep 7 10:30:05 mbpr13b deja-dup[30252]: Allocating size to AssistantBackup 0x55d581f75f50 without calling gtk_widget_get_preferred_width/height(). [Desktop-packages] [Bug 1744817] Re: Cannot make dump after upgrade to Ubuntu 17.10
This happens only when the drive is not mounted. Then I'm asked for a password to decrypt it, and then I get the error on the screen. However when the drive is mounted, then I get the error from the other screen, and it hangs like that forever. ** Attachment added: "Screenshot_2018-01-22_23-15-35.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deja-dup/+bug/1744817/+attachment/5041300/+files/Screenshot_2018-01-22_23-15-35.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to deja-dup in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1744817 Title: Cannot make dump after upgrade to Ubuntu 17.10 Status in deja-dup package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I'm making backups to an external drive.
