Bug description:
  After upgrading from Kinetic Kudu to Lunar Lobster, I've noticed a
  very sluggish performance in games. glxgears show almost 15x FPS
  reduction. Really at a loss what my be the issue, but there are few
  odd things in Xorg.log below.
