This is bug is still persist in Kubuntu 16.4 LTS. Every time, when my
laptop (HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC) wake up from sleep the point
freezes. To get it work again I do:

xinput set-prop 12 "Device Enabled" 1

where 12 in my touch-pad device number. and sometime ctrl+alt+f2 then
ctrl+alt+f7 to get the pad accepting the clicking.

This is laptop has dual graphics cards (Nvidia GM108M [GeForce 840M] and
intel) with default to Nvidia driver nvidia-361

Bug description:
  Using Asus N43SL laptop as an example, with nvidia-prime installed, so
  the dedicated NVIDIA graphics card (GT 540m) is in use, once in a
  while, my screen will freeze when I use my touchpad.

  WORKAROUND: Use USB mouse.

  WORKAROUND: Uninstall nvidia-prime and use integrated graphics.

  WORKAROUND: Do a VT switch via Ctrl+Alt+F1 then Ctrl+Alt+F7.

  In the attached Xorg.0.log, you can see "synaptics: ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad: 
touchpad found" each time I did a VT switch and regained control:

Bug description:
  I have Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile laptop. The suspension was
  working perfect in Kubuntu 11.10. When I upgrade to 12.04, I get an
  issue with wireless network after wake up from suspension. The first
  3-4 suspensions the wireless still working, but after that  the
  wireless networking will be disable. Though I can plug in the cable in
  login in the network.

   I try to restart network-manager service without result. After I
  reboot the computer the wireless networking come back again.

Yes Chris, after I change to ar_OM I get the Arabic interface. Anyway,
Kubuntu should improve the way how we set the environment language,
right now we should change it in two different places.

  Arabic interface does not appear

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After I install the firefox-locale-ar, firfox does not change it
  interface to Arabic interface. I try to change it with locale swticher
  add-on but same I can not. It seems something worng in the packaging.
