This is bug is still persist in Kubuntu 16.4 LTS. Every time, when my laptop (HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC) wake up from sleep the point freezes. To get it work again I do: xinput set-prop 12 "Device Enabled" 1 where 12 in my touch-pad device number. and sometime ctrl+alt+f2 then ctrl+alt+f7 to get the pad accepting the clicking. When I upgrade to 12.04, I get an issue with wireless network after wake up from suspension. Yes Chris, after I change to ar_OM I get the Arabic interface. I try to change it with locale swticher add-on but same I can not. It seems something worng in the packaging.
