[Desktop-packages] [Bug 945097] Re: Lack of global menu and right-click menu with Nautilus

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 945097] Re: Lack of global menu and right-click menu with Nautilus
I took a look at the other bug, but this a complete different one from the problems described here. Same as jordan, I have the identical GTK error appearing all the time when right-clicking and / or trying shortcuts for opening the menus. Menus still not shown. Initial launch of nautilus shows the same errors: Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_image_menu_item_set_always_show_image: assertion `GTK_IS_IMAGE_MENU_ITEM (image_menu_item)' failed ...seems to be the error to go for. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/945097 Title: Lack of global menu and right-click menu with Nautilus Status in “appmenu-gtk” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: When running Nautilus I don't have a global menu. Maybe a dev is able to join the conversation? How can we help to fix the bug?
