I dont use Ubuntu.
It seems to be the Transmission developers "fault" that a newer translation is
not included in releases.
The translation included in Transmission does not seem to have been
changed/updated since 2012 even though there have been multiple releases since.
I wrote on https://github.com/transmission/transmission/issues/786 and
it seems they have not used the translations from Transifex yet in
releases but will do so in next major release so i guess it will go to
100% translated on https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/ when that
happens.
So this can be closed.

Get translations from Transifex instead of Launchpad

Bug description:
It seems even though Transmission is fully translated on Transifex it it not
fully translated here.
Reading

it seems the translation was done on launchpad in the past but is now moved to
Transifex.
So perhaps the translations needs to be taken from Transifex now?
