I have this issue in Ubuntu 18.04 (X) when trying to take a screenshot of an application with a menu open. Tried to add custom shortcuts like gnome-screenshot -w --delay=3 but it still wouldn't work

When i click on say, the System menu in the gnome-panel, it just doesn't work anymore.
