After resume from suspend, the NM applet does not show any Wifi network.

I need to untick then tick "Enable Wireles" in order to get back my
Wifi.

Below the Apport files (i typed 'ubuntu-bug network-manager' without
internet just after resume, then connected internet to send the files)
