Everything seems to be working fine then it all slows down to a halt, then I hear the log out sound and I get this on my screen (see picture) nothing responds and I am forced to restart. Its been the same 3 or four times completely by surprise. Half the screen is what I was working on, and the other half is a scrambled version of the log in screen. I am starting to suspect its my graphics card (GT218 [GeForce 210]) which has been working fine until 12.10, but I'm not sure. I don't have the know how to track this bug, if I knew how to track what the system is doing in the background I could be more helpfull. But this is all I got. Thanks in advanced! I switched my graphics card to this ( http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/1417862/ ) and it seems to have solved my problem. I believe that the problem was in that my old Graphics Card didn't have the proper driver (or something like that).
