After installing the nvidia experimental 310  drivers, all my problems
go away. :)

  Mainly I use the Internet, I use chromium-browser. This happens most
  often when watching videos on Youtube, zalukaj.tv, but also during
  normal browsing. The system simply logs me out. Sometimes, it is
  repeated several times per day.

This sounds like an X crash and is likely happening because of the
proprietary driver you're using.
