[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1137616] Re: Dash - Files saved from GIMP do not appear in the Dash
It would be the work of GIMP to log the file save with zeitgeist else Zeitgeist will have to run a file watcher to check for changes - which is too much expensive on resources. Technical explanation aside, it needs to be done somewhere in GIMP - either as a plugin or something -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gimp in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1137616 Title: Dash - Files saved from GIMP do not appear in the Dash Status in Ayatana Design: Fix Committed Status in The GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP): New Status in Unity: Triaged Status in Zeitgeist Framework: Confirmed Status in “gimp” package in Ubuntu: New Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Status in “zeitgeist” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: To reproduce: 1.
